TiviMate Setup Guide for Fire TV and Android TV (2026)
Install TiviMate from the official source, sign in with your IPTV Nord Xtream Codes login and get a full TV guide in about 10 minutes.

To set up TiviMate, install it from Google Play on an Android TV or Google TV device, or with the Downloader app and code 272483 on a Fire TV Stick 4K Plus, 4K Max or other Fire OS device. Open TiviMate, choose Add playlist, pick Xtream Codes and type the server URL, username and password from your IPTV Nord email. Your channels and the TV guide (EPG) load in a minute or two. The free version plays one playlist. TiviMate Premium is a separate purchase from the app's maker that adds favourites, catch-up, recording and Multiview. TiviMate is built for a TV remote, so on a phone we suggest a touch-friendly app instead.
What you need before you start
- A Fire TV device that runs Fire OS, such as the Fire TV Stick 4K Plus, 4K Max or Fire TV Cube, or a TV or box with Android TV or Google TV
- Your IPTV Nord email with the server URL, username and password. No login yet? Ask for the free 24-hour trial.
- About 10 Mbps of internet for each Full HD screen
- Optional: an Android phone for the TiviMate Companion app, if you want Premium on a Fire TV Stick
How to set up TiviMate step by step

Fire TV: install the Downloader app
TiviMate is not in the Amazon Appstore, so Fire OS devices install it with a free app called Downloader. On the home screen, open Find (the magnifying glass), type Downloader, pick the orange app by AFTVnews and select Get or Download.
Fire TV: allow Downloader to install apps
Go to Settings, My Fire TV, Developer options, Install unknown apps and switch Downloader to ON. No Developer options? Open My Fire TV, About and press select on your device name seven times until "You are now a developer" appears.
Fire TV: download TiviMate with code 272483
Open Downloader, type 272483 in the address box and select Go. TiviMate publishes this code on its own website, and it leads to the official file at tivimate.com/apk. Select Install, then Done, and let Downloader delete the leftover file to save space. Never install TiviMate from other websites.
Android TV or Google TV: install TiviMate from Google Play
Open Google Play or search from the Google TV home screen, look up TiviMate and check that the developer is Armobsoft FZE. Select Install. This version updates itself.
Open TiviMate and select Add playlist
On the first start, TiviMate shows an Add playlist button. Select it and the app asks which type of playlist you have. Later, you can add or edit playlists under Settings, Playlists.
Sign in with your Xtream Codes login (or your M3U link)
Choose Xtream Codes and copy the three details from your email exactly:
- Server address: the server URL, with http:// at the start and the port number at the end if there is one (for example :8080).
- Username and Password: capital letters matter, and there are no spaces.
Select Next. To use the M3U link instead, choose M3U playlist. Long links are easier to type with the keyboard in the Amazon Fire TV or Google TV phone app.
Check the counts, name the playlist and select Done
TiviMate shows how many channels it found; with Xtream Codes, recent versions also count movies and series. Zero means a detail was mistyped, so go back and check it. Otherwise select Next, name the playlist IPTV Nord and select Done.
Let the TV guide finish loading
Channels appear right away, and the TV guide (EPG) fills in over the next few minutes. After that it updates in the background.
Optional: add TiviMate Premium
On Android TV or Google TV, buy Premium inside TiviMate through Google Play. A Fire TV Stick has no Google Play, so install the free TiviMate Companion app on an Android phone, create an account and buy Premium there. Then, in TiviMate on the TV, open Settings, choose the Premium option, pick Account, sign in, name the device and select Activate.
TiviMate free vs TiviMate Premium: what is the difference?
The free version of TiviMate plays one playlist with the full TV guide, and Premium adds the extras most people want after a week of use.

Premium is sold by the app's developer, Armobsoft, not by IPTV Nord, and no IPTV Nord plan includes it. The developer says Premium adds app features only, never channels. One account covers up to five of your devices. Prices have changed over the years, so check the current one in Google Play or the Companion app before you pay.
Best TiviMate settings for IPTV Nord
The best TiviMate setup for IPTV Nord is an Xtream Codes login, a wired connection and a short channel list, because those three changes fix most slow menus and stutters.
- Use Xtream Codes, not M3U. The guide, logos, movies and series arrive together, and new channels appear by themselves.
- Plug in Ethernet. A Fire TV Stick needs Amazon's Ethernet adapter; most Android TV boxes have a network port.
- Hide what you never watch. With Premium, press the menu button (three lines) in the TV guide and use the group options to hide groups.
- Accept updates. The tivimate.com version checks for updates itself and offers the new file.

Fix common TiviMate problems
Most TiviMate problems come from a typo in the login, a guide that has not finished loading or weak Wi-Fi, and each has a quick fix.

| The TV guide is empty | Wait a few minutes, then refresh the guide in Settings. With an M3U link, ask us for the EPG link. |
| One channel freezes | Try another channel. If only one freezes, message us and we switch you to a backup stream. If all freeze, restart the modem. |
| Premium features stay locked | Sign in on the TV with the same account you used in the Companion app, and check the device limit. |

Can you use TiviMate on a phone or tablet?
You can install TiviMate on some Android phones and tablets, but its maker says it is designed for Android TV and remote control and is not optimized for touch screens.

Is TiviMate free?
Yes, TiviMate has a free version that plays one playlist with the full TV guide, which is enough to watch every IPTV Nord channel. TiviMate Premium is an optional paid upgrade sold by the app's developer through Google Play or the Companion app. It adds favourites, catch-up, recording, Multiview and more playlists, but no channels.
What is the Downloader code for TiviMate?
The Downloader code for TiviMate is 272483. TiviMate publishes it on its official website, and it points to the official file at tivimate.com/apk, which you can also type into Downloader's address box. Stick to that code or address, because copies from other sites can be old or changed.
How do I add IPTV Nord to TiviMate?
Open TiviMate, select Add playlist, choose Xtream Codes and enter the server URL, username and password from your IPTV Nord email, then select Next and Done. Channels, the TV guide and on-demand titles load within a few minutes. The M3U link from the same email also works, but Xtream Codes gives a fuller guide.
Can I use one TiviMate Premium on several TVs?
Yes. One TiviMate Premium account covers up to five of your devices. Your IPTV Nord plan has its own limit, though: it sets how many screens can play at the same time, from 1 to 5. Choose the number of screens when you pick your plan.
Why can I not install TiviMate on my new Fire TV Stick?
Your stick probably runs Vega OS. The Fire TV Stick 4K Select and the 2026 Fire TV Stick HD use Amazon's Vega OS, which only accepts apps from the Amazon Appstore, and TiviMate is not in that store. Fire OS models such as the Fire TV Stick 4K Plus, 4K Max and Fire TV Cube still install it normally.
